Crafting Savannah’s Newest Wellness Amenity

Savannah's Historic District has a lot going for it. What it's been missing is somewhere to truly decompress.

The Well fills that gap. The sauna and cold plunge studio sits in the heart of the district and does one thing well: it gives you a reason to put your phone away, slow down, and actually be somewhere for a while. In a neighborhood built for walking and lingering, that feels right.

We worked with the owner in the early stages, helping translate their vision into a layout that supported it, spaces that felt separated from the outside world, where the whole point was to unplug. It's a small contribution to what became a really well-considered place.

Wellness amenities of this caliber are rare in historic urban neighborhoods, and we think Savannah is better for having one. If you haven't been, it's worth the visit. And if you're an owner or operator thinking about bringing something similar to the district, we'd love to talk.

Go sweat.
