Foundry Point

Foundry Point holds its own on the Charleston peninsula as a 280-unit mid-rise where industrial materiality and Lowcountry ease share the same vocabulary. Completed in 2020, SHAH served as Interior Architect and Interior Designer across the club and amenity areas, the Leasing Office, Club Room, Foyer, Coffee Library, Demonstration Kitchen, Mail Room, Fitness, model unit, and site amenities, each one layered with rich material and art-forward detail.
