Cooper River Farms

Along the banks of the Cooper River near Clements Ferry, Cooper River Farms stretches across more than 300 multifamily residences shaped by Lowcountry landscape and a measured residential hand. Completed in 2016, SHAH led the Interior Architecture across the amenity spaces in partnership with S.Wilkins Interior Design, while consulting on outdoor amenities and broader community design details. A single cohesive language threads through every gathering space, indoor and out, drawing the river quietly into daily life.
