The Greene

Located in the West End of Downtown Greenville, The Greene takes the warmth of a repurposed warehouse and threads it through 271 mid-rise residences alive with the city's most dynamic energy. Completed in 2018, SHAH led the interior architecture for amenity spaces across the Leasing Lobby, Mail and Coffee, Fitness and Training Room, Pool Lounge and Game Room, Pool Deck, and Rooftop Deck, layering custom furnishings and reclaimed wood beams into rooms that feel industrial and inviting in equal measure. The architectural language is built for downtown without giving up the comfort of home.
