The Atlantic - Grand Oaks is a 216 unit garden-style apartment in West Ashley, South Carolina. SHAH developed the Site and Architectural design for the Main Clubhouse and Fitness Barn. Unique space planning provides outdoor gathering spaces mixed with poolside amenities. SHAH also provided Interior programming, finish selections, and furnishing for the entire development with turnkey installation.
